Refund policy
Returns:
I strive to give the best experience to my customers. Please read the product description carefully before placing any order. All items are made and shipped according to each order. Hence, I do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.
Refunds:
I take great care in packing each order. In the rare case of human error if any item in your order is missing, different or damaged, we require a full parcle opening video (from the opening of outermost shipping label cover) with good lighting and quality to decide on this matter within 3 days of delivery. Any video edited, paused or from the middle will not be considered for refund.
Please email the above specification to miniitaur@gmail.com along with your order id. Refund amount of eligible item will be sent back to you through online payment or as a coupon code, which can be used to purchase other products from my site.
