- Handmade Just for You: Every custom order is crafted one at a time with care. As I am a 1 person team please allow 3–5 business days for creation.
- Let’s Get It Just Right: For personalized items, I’ll send a mock-up or confirmation before crafting.
- Payment: Once a mock-up is confrimed payment is required before further crafting begins.
- Final Sale: Because your item is custom-made, it cannot be returned or exchanged once created.
- Shipping Time: Once complete, your order will be packaged and shipped with tracking.
